In the Winter.
Dark nights,may as well train. Dark mornings, may as well train. Need to move more to keep warm, may as well train, you know the dance.
As we all undoubtably will start to eat more now to fuel ourselves during the winter months we may as well put them extra calories to use and put on some good old fashioned lean muscle.
Come Spring/Summer, we'll dial our calories back in, maybe add a little cardio and fu#*ing enjoy showing off what we've been working on the last six months.
