Boss Girls squat, unfortunately some lads don't. When squatting have your feet positioned slightly wider than your shoulders,toes slightly pointing out. Squeeze your shoulder blades together creating a shelf with your trapezius for the bar to sit on. Keep this squeeze tight in your upper back throughout the move. On the descent, bend your knees before you drive your hips back. Do not bow, keep a slight natural arch in your back and keep your rib cage high. Bend at the hips,not at the waste. Place all the weight on your heels (you should always be able to wiggle your toes) and bring your thighs parallel to the floor ensuring your knees do not pass your toes. Keep the bar in line mid foot throughout, don't lock your knees out at the top of the move. Think proud,chest open,shoulders back. Sorted.
