We like to use basic old school moves at Area 5. Nothing is more old school than the Squat. If done done correctly this move hits everything kicking in all the muscles in your posterior chain and core. Feet should be slightly wider than hip width, you should be looking forward with ears in line with your shoulders. Retract your shoulders blades back to create a shelf for the bar to sit on. Sink onto your heels as you bend into your squat keeping your rib cage high and your back tight. Do NOT bow,do NOT look at the floor. The squat is a very proud movement.
