It's pointless doing endless crunches straining your neck,you have a low body fat percentage for an impressive six pack to make an appearance. One of the many jobs of your abdominals is to protect your spine. At Area 5 Fitness we like to do things stood up with the abs tight and engaged so this happens. This will strengthen your core and improve your posture. Squats,Dead lifts,Military shoulder pressing are fantastic static abdominal movements,exercises such as these play a massive part in our circuits.
