Our trainers will not have you running on treadmills, you will not have be trotting along on a cross trainer. The thought of a gym goer driving to the gym to sit on a stationary bike makes us laugh!! It's all functional training here,mimicking movements you use in day to day life. Your primary muscles will be working, the stabiliser muscles round your primary muscles will be working. Everything gets hit effectively,no machines. You perform all the movements. Think about your last gym workout, did you sit on a machine to pull or push something? Now ask yourself outside of the gym,would you sit down to pull or push something......?
