There is no sparring at Area 5. We want you throwing all the shots, not us. It's you're workout. Using Muhammed Ali Speed Pad techniques we will increase you're speed and fluency on the pads. We will throw in some bag work to work on your raw power,and some body bag work to see what our trainers ribs are made of. We are not bothered about throwing big daft shots,anybody can do that . We want you throwing ten twenty shot combinations,slipping, weaving and rolling under shots. We will get you throwing quick shots. We will get you looking sharp.
